By accessing or using mytradr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

mytradr provides trading tools including a trade journal, risk management calculator, and technical analysis scanner. The Service is offered on a subscription basis with various tiers.

3. Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One person or entity per account. Account sharing is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• The Starter plan begins with a 24-hour trial for $1.
• After the trial, your chosen plan renews automatically at the listed price.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written permission.

6. Trading Disclaimer

mytradr is a tool — not a financial advisor. The Service does not provide investment advice, recommendations, or solicitations. All trading decisions are yours alone. Trading forex and derivatives carries significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mytradr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption — arising from your use of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and trademarks associated with the Service are the property of mytradr. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to operate the Service and do not sell your personal information to third parties.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
